Individual Diet Counselling
Our registered dietitians provide individual diet counselling service to the public at five of our community health centres.
Service Fees

First Consultation: $450up (45 mins. per session)
Follow-up Consultation: $240up (25 mins. per session)
[Kwun Tong, Tai Po and Tin Shui Wai]
First Consultation: $410up (45 mins. per session)
Follow-up Consultation: $220up (25 mins. per session)
Holders of Senior Citizen Card, seniors aged 65 or above, CSSA recipients and Disability Allowance recipients/holders of Registration Card for People with Disabilities can now enjoy a special price# of $280 for first consultation and $150 for follow-up consultation.
#The special discount only applies to consultation sessions on weekdays (Monday to Friday) at specific community health centres.

Ms Heidi Chan provides individual dietary counseling with medical nutrition therapies and patient-centered nutrition groups (such as the Diabetes Mellitus Support Group) at community health centers of UCN. She also provides outreach community nutrition and consultancy services for residential agencies (such as care and nursery homes) with individual nutrition assessment, dietary/catering consultancy and nutrition education. In addition, Ms Chan actively promotes healthy trendy dietary lifestyle including environmental friendly eating habit, diet for stress/mood, healthy diet at workplaces, weight management as well as disease prevention to public/private enterprises, groups and schools. Her nutrition publications included “Diet for Cholesterol Prevention”, “Happy Menu for Stress Management”, “Diet for CancerPrevention” , "Vegetable Nutrition Book" and "Fruit Nutrition Book “with regularly participation in nutrition column writing and media interview as part of public nutrition education.

As a senior community dietitian of the United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service, Ms Mancy Lo provides individual dietetics consultation, elderly nursing home/ special children outreach services, menu review/upgrade consultation services and chef/ staff training services. She also delivers nutrition workshops & cooking classes to non-profit organizations, private companies, schools and participates in column writing and newspaper interview etc. Recently, she is actively in charge of community nutrition promotions, including “Food Label Reading” & “DASH Diet” for different aged groups, to aid the community to understand food nutrition and prevent/alleviate hypertension. |

Areas of expertise include weight management, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, gout and paediatric disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In addition, Enoch also delivers dietary counselling for nursing home residents and staff, food and nutrition related talks and activities for various companies, schools and community groups. He also disseminates nutrition information to the public via article writing and media interviews. |

Mr Tony Chan is a community dietitian of the United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service. His services include individual dietetics consultation, health promotion and healthy eating education for different organizations within the community.
Moreover, Mr Chan regularly provides consultancy and recommendations on menu planning for catering/meal service team and elderly centers, and nutrition counselling to patients with any dietary issues. Furthermore, Mr Chan is enthusiastic about demonstrating healthy cooking and training the catering staff of various organizations how to prepare tasty and nutritious meals.
In addition, Mr Chan endeavors to evangelize happy and healthy lifestyle via article writing.

She also actively assists in all kinds of community nutrition promotions in order to spread nutritious knowledge to the general public and being able to apply in their everyday routines.
